Refund and Returns Policy

Our return policy is valid for 30 days. We understand the difficulty of selecting personal items online. Therefore, all orders can be returned or exchanged within 30 days with proof of purchase for a full refund.

Items damaged due to normal wear and tear are not eligible for exchange. Please note that most unused Road Sunlight Stones products can be returned in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are not included. Additional service fees such as shipping fees and gift wrapping fees are non-refundable.

However, if the return is due to our error (e.g., you received the wrong item or a defective product, etc.), we will also cover the return shipping costs.

If the item is in stock, you will receive a refund or exchange once we receive the returned product.

Please note that after an exchange, the item will no longer be eligible for a refund.

If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Sale Items Policy

Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please note that returns and exchanges will not be accepted in such cases.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, and must be returned in its original packaging to qualify for a return.

Return Labels & Shipping Costs
  • Return labels are only provided for defective products within the policy period.
  • Return shipping costs depend on the product weight, your delivery location, and the shipping method you choose.

Defective Products (1-Year Policy)

For defective products purchased within 1 year, with proof of purchase, you can apply for a special discount code to enjoy 50% off the same product.

Required for Return

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Do not return your item to the address shown on the packaging.

Refunds (If Applicable)
  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund has been approved.
  2. If approved, we will process your refund and automatically credit it to your credit card or original payment method within a week.
  3. All shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.
  4. If you have completed all the above steps but still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at contact@mail.buddhastoneshop.com.
Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
  1. First, check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next, contact your bank—there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at wujieyyh@gmail.com.
Exchanges (If Applicable)
  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at wujieyyh@gmail.com.
  • Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Returns Without Labels
  1. To return a product, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs (non-refundable).
  2. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  3. We strongly recommend using a carrier that provides a tracking number—please keep this number for your records.
  4. wujieyyh@gmail.com is not responsible for packages lost in transit when sent via non-trackable carriers.
Gifts
  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you: You’ll receive a gift credit for the return value, and a gift certificate will be mailed to you after we receive the returned item.
  • If the item was not marked as a gift, or the giver shipped it to themselves first: We will issue a refund to the gift giver, who will be notified of your return.
